My daughter is in the hospital in another state. When I found out her release date I booked her a flight.

She called me a couple days later and let me know that she couldn't be released until after 12:00pm forcing me to cancel her original flight then book her a new one. This company refuses to refund my money saying it doesn't meet their criteria. What is the purpose of purchasing this insurance if you can't use it? Now the airline, or Expedia, gets to keep my money and resale the canceled seat?

One of these companies should be held responsible for this crooked practices. THIS IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!
