When asked from the travel agent upon reservation if wanted insurance 6 months before travel date was never advised to issuing a policy no indication of any information about it but 35 days later when we changed our mind they refused to give us back the payment explaining we already had a policy which never heard about it before and we were charged a penalty for canceling way before our travel date. upon submittal of claim to Aon they claim my cancellation is not covered because a dr did not approve it and without any written knowledge they flat out delay our $200 claim when we had already paid them twice that amount. We feel we have been taken and penalized twice this was a legal rip off customer be aware
