I had a medical problem and my doctor filled out the proper forms and explained that after my surgery that I would not be able to go on our booked cruise because my recuperation was 6-8 weeks. Aon approved the claim.

I received an email on Monday Sept. 18,2017 that said that they were issuing me a refund check and it would be mailed within the next two business days. I called the following Wed. Sept.27,2017 that I didn't get the check .They said it was mailed on Sept.

20,2017 and they were blaming the post office. I called back Sept. 29,2017 and got the same answer they blamed the post office. The check was mailed from New York and going to Ohio.

They are RIP OFF ARTIST. All they are doing is stalling.I can't believe travel agents like CHEAP CRUISES uses people like them.DON"T DUE BUSINESS WITH AON unless you want to throw your money away.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $740.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Aon Cons: Not paying your claim keep saying the check is in the mail.
