Customer service in settling claim and reimbursing funds is TERRIBLE. Repeatedly told it'll be another 2-3 weeks.

Have now been waiting 7 weeks since claim was submitted. Earlier on, after inquiring as to hold up several times, was told they were waiting for travel agent to submit a form. Travel agent told me it was submitted earlier when first received it, but sent it in again a second time. Why didn't AON tell me initially that this was the hold up?

Impression I get is that AON simply wants to delay legitimate repayment/reimbursement as long as possible. Terrible service.

If you decide to purchase insurance for your travels, find another company. I'm still waiting for reimbursement/refund.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
