This company is unbelievable, I"m a cancer patient with a very very rare cancer, only number two survivor in the US.This company "AON"states they need a written statement from my doctor stating I have cancer and I"m unable to travel because of a paralyzed foot/leg.I asked will a doctor MD be reviewing the statement from my doc and they AON stated no it will be a insurance adjuster.This is not right. they also stated it will take at least four weeks for a decision.
Really is this company for real.
Nothing like being ripped off for saying yes, I will get this insurance to protect my trip.What a joke. I can't believe I'm being treated this way,I guess it does not matter if you have cancer and you are only one of to people in the US that are survivors.
