Jan 2017 - I am not sure why Aon has such bad reviews because they exceeded my customer service expectations. I purchased insurance for a flight unfortunately my partner was injured and we could not make the trip.
I submitted my claim and claim form was emailed to me within a day I then mailed my claim off on a Monday and had a email by Friday letting me know I will be receiving a CHECK for my claim in 2 days. I just wanted to let others no that this is company is very much legit and they deserve better ratings.
I am so happy i purchased this insurance I was really frighten by the bad reviews when I had to actually submit my claim. I wondered if they would not give me my money but they gave me the full amount and I am very pleased
