they have very bad customer service. Do not take out travel ins on line with this company.
They will rip you off. will not pay claim. will claim you never ins with them. Please report them to the better business bureau and let everyone you know not to do business with them.
i have been trying for at least 6 months to get them to pay a claim. now they say i never took out the ins. even though they charged my credit card for the ins. they will not pay your claim no matter what you do.
Stay awbe ay from ins companies on line if it sounds to good to be true it is. Do not get taken like i did.
It cost me well over $2,000 dollar to learn my mistake. do not let this happen to you or any one you care about.
