I had to cancel my cruise due to the illness of my mother. I turned in my paperwork as it is stated in the travel claim information.

Although it took about a month to get resolved, they were very kind.

Initially I was only refunded a portion, but when I spoke to the person who works on the claims, he was more than understanding and resolved my claim with the rest of the money. Happy
