My cousin passed and I needed to change the flight arrangements of my trip. Not only did they not respond to the claim they just denied it.
It is in the fine print it needs to be immediate family. This apparently means parents, siblings, and children of the fore mentioned. Waste of time and money. I ended up buying a new ticket as advised by the companys policy, instead of just changing the flight with the airline.
now I have paid double and recieve no bennifit from the service. Dont use this company if you dont have to.
Its a total scam. What a rotten shame.
