This company has refused to supply us with the documents required for our Shengen visas.They gave us some generic legalese, the French Embassy looked at our 'policy' and sent us packing.
We asked for 24 hours to get the legitimate documents from Aon. The embassy kindly gave is one day. We contacted Aon, and guess what? No help.
Nothing! Their documents are not up to the basic standards required for intl travel. We had to buy additional insurance from a proper insurance company, we had our visas denied. Ridiculous company, suspected scammers.
72 hours, and no refund as yet.Not holding my breath.
