AON was graciously providing a refund of 1000.00. Although this didn't come near to the price of the cruise, I guess I should be happy with what they felt was appropriate.

This company makes it extremely difficult to deal with requesting documents at least 3 times. I still would not recommend this company by any stretch of the imagination.

I purchased the travel insurance from Aon prior to our departure. Our cruise was from 02.02.19-02.16.19.

We left 2.9 from Spokane to LA via Alaska air. Seattle was snowed in and all flights were either cancelled or delayed. We switched to 3 airlines any finally got on a flight and it to was delayed, finaly arrived a319pm. Doors to cruise closed at 3pm.

I notified carnival about the issue and there response was you can try. I have submitted letters to AON from the airlines indicating that the flights were delayed due to weather The Governor even declared at State of Emergency. AON denied my claim and stated it was not due to weather delays.

Really? WHAT ELSE COULD THEY WANT A LETTER FROM THE GOVENOR?

NOT HELPFUL IN THE LEAST

BUT THEY GOT THEIR MONEY FOR THE INSURANCE PREMIUM
