they have very bad customer service.Do not take out travel ins on line with this company. They will rip you off. will not pay claim. will claim you never ins with them. A week later, after numerous calls and roundy-round, I filed a claim with AON, Cheap Tickets' Insurance conglomerate. By then, to Delta's credit, they had credited back our upgraded seats, baggage fees and departure tickets for the flights going up - classy & considerate.
