Aon is a total ripoff-Travelocity should be ashamed to be associated with them.
My wife had emergency surgery suddenly scheduled and we had to, unfortunately, cancel our family trip. I cancelled a week out and filed a claim with AON/AIG. We booked this trip and the insurance thru Travelocity.
A lot of run around between AIG and AON....maybe both are in on it.
Fast forward a month and I haven't even had the claim reviewed by AON even though I've filed all the proper medical paperwork. If this is the way they operate, I will never do business with Travelocity again. Pathetic!
I have made several calls and have no results. It's nearly $2200 but it's as though they are holding my money hostage. This is extortion and I won't tolerate it. The more people know about this terrible company, the better.
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
Monetary Loss: $2252.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Aon Cons: Description of coverage is a scam.
