This insurance is by name only they treated my husband very badly I suggest we get a better travel Insurance for elderly customers that will honor our payments when we purchased their insurathat will

My personal Flood policy renewal (10/19/19) was never offered. I called the company (NFS Edge) 10/23/19 and was told by representative (Kim) that I am not eligible for (EZ) NFS Edge.
I told her that I called on 3 different time asking about the renewal (45 & 30 day out and last week) she said she saw the log notes where I had called.
Kim said they email our agency ( Carl Collum ) on 10/17/19 to let know the 10/19/19 renewal was declined.
I never got the email. With over 20+ years in the Insurance Business I know there is a certain amount of time Insurance carriers are required to decline or offer the renewal and it is not 2 days.
I am sending you this email since the Flood Survey will not get past the Nationwide Firewall.

Taking 8 people on a cruise i decided to get a policy on my brouther-in-law glad i did he was not able to gow because off medical issues. The cruise paid paid in full in 2013 - u read right.
Sailing date was Feb 2014. I have been trying for 5yrs now to get my refund, i just left another today 9/6/2019 Every once in a while i get a hair growing. I have sent all docs over several times said they didn't get them BUll . This company changed there name from Berkely ( the original company) to Aon i wounder why maybe because they don't pay the claims.
Was on the pbone with carnival for about a jr trying to resolve tbis problem no help yet was told to contact the travel agency and sold me the policy So i called them could not het any help had to leave a message. I'm alittle slow being raised in the country sorry for that. I'm like 2k.
If these other jerks don't ome up with the monies i feel Carnival should. Any ideas my email is r.1953@***.com

or if you have your open claim go to aontravelcalim.com the website click on i have already filed a claim then type in your ref # and last name it will let you upload the documents at that point. Also your claim is never truly closed even when you receive that letter they are just waiting for that other information
