If I was not forced to use AON based on my previous employer, I would go to another company. I have been trying for a month to signup for Medicare Advantage Insurance through Aon and have yet to be successful.
I schedule a session with them which is always a 2 hour window for them to call me but they have never called back in the 2 hour window. When I call them, they ask me to reschedule which I do and the same cycle repeats. After calling back very upset, I was finally connected with an agent which we had a good session although after talking to the agent it was clear that the agent was only able to read to me from the text that I could see online about any health plan.
When I asked him a question, he could not answer. So it is clear their agents are not well trained and Aon has terrible, terrible customer support.
